The restaurant furniture design made of coffee grounds 

During this year's Mexican Design week, designer Xavier Lor á nd displayed two side tables and restaurant furniture design called Nero, with brown granular tops made from coffee grounds used in cafes near his studio. 

Xavier Lor á nd claims to be a coffee lover, and the Nero series is the result of a series of experiments with his materials. 

He combined it with adhesive materials such as plant biological resins, and then placed the mixture in a mold to form a table top and a restaurant furniture design. 

Designers describe the material as a new material between the texture and hardness of cork and MDF, with the aroma of coffee. 

The granular surface of the restaurant furniture design is set on a dark base made of concrete, the side table sits on the terrazzo base, and the other half of the table is a smooth beige area. 

To make the whole collection look more complete, Lor á nd also designed a blue ceramic coffee set called Provincia, which includes a rimmed kettle and two cups. 

Furniture designers are infinite brains, can come up with a lot of unique furniture, often make people feel refreshing, very interesting. 

Whether indoor or outdoor furniture, can be made out of many forms, not only can be used normally, but also has ornamental value.
